Current Outages:
- Palouse, WA - The city of Palouse is experiencing a weather-related outage right now. UPDATE - Issue Resolved. Snow and ice issues caused problems for one of our sites. Now fixed and further insulated against the elements.
- Garfield, WA - Customers reporting to the water tank are experiencing an outage. UPDATE - Issue Resolved. Similar problem as above, also further insulated against the weather.
This year has seen the worst snowfalls and winter weather we have experienced in years (decades in many cases). We are working hard to keep the network running smoothly during this time and appreciate your patience as we resolve issues as they arrive. Our equipment is rated for all conditions and outdoor use but these are extreme circumstances that test the best of gear.
