This year has seen the worst snowfalls and winter weather we have experienced in years (decades in many cases). We are working hard to keep the network running smoothly during this time and appreciate your patience as we resolve issues as they arrive. Our equipment is rated for all conditions and outdoor use but these are extreme circumstances that test the best of gear. First Step continues to engineer, develop and expand a robust network throughout the Palouse region and beyond. Thousands of customers depend on the reliability of our growing network.
